Tried to reinstall software, have serial number. Password is active.

Cordial greetings Magix admin patrons:

 

That upon trying to access Vegas Movie Editor earlier today, their was an ambivalent response without any processing?!

There was a message:   "-59Administrator"verification.....?!

 

Hence, the software was uninstalled and then tried to reinstall (with disc version) to zero avail.  Please advise as to if

you could steer this at your end or perhaps send and online software code?  One has the serial number.

 

Called Name removed by moderator at Phone number removed by Moderator at about 11:37 today (there was something about a $100 rebate prize), then we

got disconnected?! Called again and got another prize offer (for "medic alert") and someone named "sivil" said that it was

"another company" after "1" was pressed on the phone menu?!

 

Would just like to start up the software again. Please send a link if possible (for other devices too).
