Why is the update unavialable for the travel animator? After updating the software, finally finding the patch to hopefully solve the problem, the fix is "unavilable". Am I missing something?
Now is it worse. When I open the travel animator the program crashes. I'm at a loss... and not happy with this program. This was the first thing I tried to do with it.
Are you saying this is the first time you have used the software since downloading and installing?
Which version have you downloaded and installed?
We need more information about your computer spec see here, also what anti virus and anti spamware have you installed?
I think a re-install may be needed, however do not do this yet, we need the information above before doing any more except downloading the Magix Cleaner from here
I went back and re-installed version 10.0.5.3 from the website. The travel animator opens without crashing the program. I bought the program off of Amazon so I have an install CD. It doesn't give the version on the CD but hopefully I downloaded the lastest program update from the website. It just doesn't seem to fix the travel animator.
What I see with the travel animator is not the same screen as the tutorial. I'm missing some of the "boxes" with functionality. I am ablt to enter the starting city only, the remaining icons don't function and it basically freezes until I close the box. I am able to continue on with the program though.
It was the first thing I tried to do after I loaded my vacation pictures - I wanted to show how far we traveled! Make it slide #1.
Thanks for all of your help. It sounds like others are able to get it to work?
originally my instance of Travel Animator just crashed when generating the video... and the file name was not involved... I've now tried installing the geomodule update... and it becomes even worse... now it crashes as soon as the travel animator dialog appears... currently not that happy with the product... I've sent all the logs to Magix, and hope they will clean my current empasse...
did not try the Magix Cleaner, I'm currently skeptical :)
has someone experiences having Magix actually updating/patching unstable scenarios?
