Transferring your old Movie Edit Pro Plus to a new computer.

My computer crashed and I'm trying to install Move Edit Pro Plus on a new machine. I have a product key. I was able to download videoeasy3hd_dlm.exe to my machine. When I start it, the program installation starts, but stops immediately. So I can't get the software installed on my machine. What should be done?

Hi

. . . . I'm trying to install Move Edit Pro Plus on a new machine. I have a product key. I was able to download videoeasy3hd_dlm.exe to my machine. . . . .

The download you are getting is not Movie Edit Pro Plus - it is for a program called Magix Video Easy.

To get the correct download:

  1. Browse to magix.com and click the My Account icon top right of the home page
  2. Login in with the email address and password you used to register the program
  3. Select My products - there you will find your registered product(s) with download links to the installers.

Do note that if your Movie Edit Pro version is a previous version to Movie Edit Pro 2015, and you are trying to install on Windows 11, then you may have issues installing and/or running it.
