I have installed Magix Video easy Rescue version 6.0.2.31 using a video converter Magix model K0065 (USB)

The serial number Removed by Moderator

The system is running on ASUS TPL300L on Win 8.1

Trying to import from analog resource when following message appear:

The recording device does not support the current record format.

Any need for firmware upgrades
