Transfer to computer

Hi,

I am new to this package (2019 version) and would appreciate some help on what I hope are easy issues.I have read through the manual and although good to a degree I can’t find answers to the following:

I and transferring vhs via a video player / recorder to pc. All going really well, but how do I stop the transferring. Can’t see a stop function on screen. Is it, start video editing?

Also did one last night, saved it to pc and via, windows media player managed to burn it to dvd successfully. It is stored as an MP4 file on my hard drive. I would like to do some further editing, but am unsure how to reload it to, “rescue your video tapes” package to be able to work on it.

One last thing at the moment, if I turn off package after transferring, is it automatically saved to the package for future editing etc?

Thanks

@Ken-Nice

Hi and welcome to the forum from 'up North'

I do not have RYVT installed any more however IIRC, there should be a Stop button next to the Record button.

Are you not getting this?

If not can you post a screenshot of what you are getting.

Hi John,

Thanks for your reply. Having left it and got back onto it today, I am now making much more sense of it and think I am OK at the moment. If I have any further queries I will send another post.

Thanks again for your response.

Regards

Ken
