how can I transfer the serial number of my magix product to my new email address?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

To change your registered email address go to this page, log in (using your old email address) and go to User details. Make the necessary changes there and save your new detals.

If you cannot log in to your account you will need to email infoservice@magix.net with full details of your old and new email addresses and request that they make the change for you.
