OK. But if I cancel before having this code, during a while the domain access will be unavailable. I don't want the web visitors find a page like "not found". I wish the autorization number to send it to my new provider and just after I will cancel at Magix's.

Have you contacted Magix since sending in the cancellation form?

If not, then I would suggest you email support at magix.com or sales at magix.com before the domain is released.
