I gathered information from various instructional videos and put together my own compiled work. I uploaded the video to youtube on one of my channels. Now I want to download the transcription. I can not find where I need to click to do that. Now, since I own the channel, I can edit settings accordingly but I can not find where to do that either. Here is the link as a reference: 
Maybe there is a software tool you can recommend that will produce a transcript of a video or mp4 file.

Do you mean "speech to text?"
Try the Vegas forum. A subscription to Vegas 365 includes "text to speech" and "speech to text." Also look at the adverts for Vegas on Magix.com.
For Magix Movie Studio Plat./Suite and Video Pro X, the subscription only mentions "text to speech."
I use MicroSoft Office 365. Word has the capability of going both ways.

William, I saw your post over on VideoHelp (assuming that's yours). Earlier today, the full transcript was viewable/selectable on the right hand side (as, I assume, Manono did as well). The link to the transcript was in the description. Now, there's nothing there, but I notice the video is in Premiere mode. I don't know if that's affected the display of the transcript.
I was able to copy the transcript text by simply dragging the mouse over the whole column (took a while, there's a lot of talk!), so it came out like Manono's on VH.
