Tracks in solo mode sound too quiet (Samplitude MS 2013)

Hi there, I'd apreciate any help to solve the problem.

When I solo a track (it could be any type audio/midi/VSTi/with or wo FX) there is a really significant drop in volume, when I unsolo the track, the volume level is back to normal. I know it shouldn't be that way.  I use Asio drivers for M-Audio Fast Track and Focursire Saffire Pro 24 DSP, as well as Magix Low Latency 2011 Driver for a built-in audio card. Win XP SP3.

Thanks,

Mike

Alright, I found the answer, but since there wasn't any info on that matter online I decided to post the Q&A together.

So, go to the system options ("Y") - in Audio System bookmark - Monitoring Setup settings (at the bottom) - Slider should be on the third section "Software FX Monitoring" (pop-up window will show "Track FX" in bold), mine was in hybrid mode on the fourth section "Mixer FX Monitoring" and that created the problem.

I hope that would help someone. I wish the program help guide was more comprehensive about possible problems with different audio engine modes.

Peace out,

Mike
