When you purchase a product online you get an email with the order number, but that is it!
(1) Do you get a tracking number to track your shipment.
(2) No where on the website or email does it say how long it USUALLY takes to ship.... how long are we talking?
(3) As far as shipping, how long to have the order processed, then how long to ship?
(4) Ground/ Air travel?...
