TotalFX Download?

I spent a good portion of the day trying to figure this out. Magix sent me the "coupon code" and then the "serial number" but of all the plugins and such that I purchased, this did not come with a download link. I attempted the Help>Download Store Content AND Help>Activate Content, but it took the coupon code (sent me the serial number after) and never downloaded anything. I have rescanned and restarted many times. Also tried downloading from NewBlue, but they say it must be downloaded from Magix. Every other plugin came with a download link, why is this different?

Magix does not offer download links for New Blue Total FX-Magix Edition. I've requested my purchase to be returned/canceled and forfeiting my licenses. I was hoping they were a bit more helpful in the case. I've been using Magix software for 16 years and never had issues like this before.

I should have added there are new additional templates for NB Titler Pro to download from their site. Clicking on the icon for the NB Total effect package on that popup screen within your editor should bring up NB Titler and the new Templates are loaded from there.

It is worth checking from time to time, all effects packages for updates. There have been some for ProDad products as well in the last eight months or so.

@CubeAce I don't quite follow you for checking to see if there are new templates for TP7.

Hi.

Logging into the NB website and looking at the NBT7 section showed an update for templates was available. Clicking on the link opened NBTitler 7 within MEP and the download update was available from there.

@CubeAce I apologize for not answering sooner. "Real life" took over for that last few days. Busy....

I logged into my NBFX account, went to TFX7 section of the website, I saw nothing about an update for TP7 templates. In the about box, 210922 and it says Title Designer....

Hi.

I suppose one way to find out if you already have them or not is to open the program and go the the Cinema folder and see if you have any of these as I know I didn't have these before the download.

There are others in other folders as well. I don't think the folder number increased as such. It may also be possible you already have them and that it was updated after the initial release as I got it as soon as it was offered.
