I cannot see thumbnails when I open a foler of photos.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.
It's not clear from your question whether you mean you open a folder of photos in PM, or in File Explorer.
Assuming you mean in Photo Manager, have you allowed the app enough time to fully index every photo and so create the thumbnails? Is any "missing" thumbnail an image whose format is not supported in PM?
