There was no serial number on CD sent to me from you on order

Order Number xxxxxxx .Removed by Moderator Also I did not receive an email from you with a serial number for Web Designer 18 Premium. The delivery of the CD took 19 days to arrive here. From the looks of the CD package in the mail it looked as if it had been opened along the way. Also there was no instructions or information in the package. Please send me my Web Designer serial number. By the way my Web Designer 18 product is not listed in "My Products" List either. Thanks for your help with this. Walt Nelson
