You have posted to the Photo & Graphic Designer product area of the forums; is this the product you have? If it is not, what product are you trying to install?

Have you downloaded the installer? Have you installed the program? if so, what exactly  happens if and when you try to run it? Please create a screenshot of any error message you see at any point whilst trying to install or use the program.
