We need more information:

Computer specification, Windows version and the program full name or version. See this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full - I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

Is there any error dialog that pops up, if so what was the message?

Is this a new install, or was the program working and now is not - what changed on the computer eg Windows update etc.
