The Playback recrding has a slight delay, to when I do live recording?

When i do a recording and playback the track there is a slight delay between what I hear and play.

So it very hard to play correctly in sync.

any ideas what causing this and how to correct it?

Technically it is called latency problem, please check the pdf tutorial that will help you.
