Dear support! 

I am facing a very big problem. 
The phenomenon shown in the picture has been going on for some time. 
I can't find the file in the autosave folder and there is only one version available which, as you can see in the picture, the program won't open. 

What should I do?

Please note this is a user to user forum not Magix Support, however there are many experienced Acid users here who may be able to help, however we need more information:

Computer specification, Windows version and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full. 

I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

Did Acid or the computer crash while working on the project which is now lost?

I have moved your post to the correct forum.

Please read these tips here to try and resolve your issue.

Try running a virus/malware scan on your PC in case the acd file is affected.

Run the program as Administrator?

It's possible the file is corrupted.

The computer does not have enough hardware resources to cope with the opening of the ACD-BAK file.

Drivers of equipment used by the computer to open a ACD-BAK file are out of date.
