The Magik maker 15 does not detect the microphone of the PC. A message appears saying that the Sound Mapper was not found. The sound recorder Vista Home edition will not start. What to do?
This problem appears since i have MM14 and now 15 edition. The output soud is ok, the input that i make whith a micro is my problem. I need to record voice whith a desktop micro. I tried to input desktop micro whith Usb audio card. I get one good record but after that, the program simply don't work .

Hello,

What kind of hardware do you use? Soundcard?

Generaly you have to choose the input (microphone etc...) in the sound mapper (driver) of your soundcard, externaly of MMM.

Have you tried to record your voice with an other program like Audacity (free) and import the Wav file in MMM?

What program doesn't work after recording? MMM?

imma tell u like i told some one else get u a condensed mic, a creative sound card with 1 audio recording dot on it, also u need phatom power to power the mic i tried that usb thing its b s
