The border of the video doesn't match

nolflore wrote on 4/14/2022, 4:31 AM

Hey guys
Please check the picture. I want it to be like one picture, not the two people coming out into the black and the left side is higher than the right side. Only when I export the video it comes out like this. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for your support!

Hi

Without a better image of just the timeline, what you are seeing looks to be the result of one of the gradient masks that are visible in the image of the timeline.

We need more information:

Computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and also what monitor/screen resolution(s) your are working with.

I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

Are the graphics card drivers up to date?

A screen shot of the Program settings, Display options or Device options tab  would help.

A full size screen image of the timeline only would help - click the small square top right of the timeline pane to go to full screen to take the screenshot - click the same square again to return to normal mode.

Thanks for your answer.

My computer:
Windows 10
Processor Intel i7 8700
Graphics card NVidia RTX 2060, the drivers are up to date.

I'm using a Full HD screen.

I'm getting there. The export settings have a wrong resolution.

Hi

Can you post the timeline as a full screen shot on its own, as shown below, so we can clearly see the arrangement of the masks etc.

The same for the dialog box - crop it to size and upload it as a separate image as shown below:

Do not resize the images as we need to be able to read them clearly.

Thanks

Oh I see, the resolution is pretty low in my image.

However, I now found a solution for the problem. It was as I stated above. I now exported the video in an AVI format and changed the resolution to 1920x1080, instead as before mpeg 704x480 or something like that.
