Is it possible to get a month by month subscription?

Yes. Go to this page, about half-way down the page, you can find the costs of an annual and a monthly subscription. Inevitably the monthly subscription is rather more costly than the annual one if you maintain it for more than about 5 months.

However, if you have purchased the perpetual licence very recently you can ask Magix for a refund of the licence cost and then buy the subscription version.
