text box size

The 'title' text box, which apperars to be the only way to add text to a screen, is always far too big so that a line of just 5 words is about 5 times larger in height than the screen it is placed on.

Is there any way that a text box can be added that fits the screen?

PS: I've tried adding 5 title objects but it won't let me do more than 3!
