I see you have made a number of posts to the forums, without receiving an answer, but you do need to remember these are for user to user interaction, there are no Magix staff here. Answers are given by other users of the same software who have advice to offer. The fact you have received no replies suggests that no-one who visits here knows the answers to your questions, sorry.
So, you need to create a Support Ticket, or even a series of them! Start at this page, ensuring you read and fully answer carefully everything requested on each page and always choosing the option to Ask Support (this is often right at the foot of each subsequent page).
Yes, it is a hassle, and not especially "easy" to navigate but, in my experience, technical support will respond quite quickly to properly formulated requests.
Have you registered and posted here in order to genuinely ask for other users help, or are you merely ranting? Hopefully, it is the former. In which case those fellow-users of whichever software you ahve, would be delighted to try to assist you.
As a matter of record, support from Magix/XARA is via Support ticket, accessed from the Support link in the header of any forum page.
I'm actually asking for help from support for a purchase i made .. not a question about features etc. so your snarkiness is not appreciated nor productive .. you'd think there would be a simple chat box with support with this big a company ( and I'm an owner of this software for 14 years btw )
The reply was snarky in my opinion as well. If Magix/Xara made it easy to get support—like a dedicated link to actual support from Xara, right from the product (I just tested again to make sure I know what happens. It takes you to a page that has many links, and you have to click, click, click to get the actual support. Not only that, it is support for cloud—not desktop that shows up) we wouldn't even have a need to come here to be insulted...
