Dude yes it possible. The easiest way with 2 computers, would be to install Acid on 2 computers max using your S/N
You will need some way of physical connection between the devices.(usb-2 midi cable, sound card with midi in-out connection)2 midi cables long enough (insuring both computers room to work comfortable)Connect pc 1 Midi out to pc 2 Midi in using cable, pc 1 Midi In to Pc 2 Midi out.
1 device has top be master sending synch start/stop to the Slave device. Using preference midi enable midi, I'm out on each computer using pc 1 master synch send pc slave.
I use midi in out of my \Akai force on 1 laptop, on other laptop I use midi in out on my kompele s61 Mk2 on 2nd laptop
