In addition to Jeff's comment, I have imported a sequence of approx 2900 still images == to ~ 4hrs capture at one image every 5 secs, to create a time lapse.
There are a several things you should do to save your self grief later on :
Import the images to a new project especially if there are a lot, do not try importing into an existing project.
You must, before importing the images - set the image length in the Program settings, Video/audio tab set the Standard picture length for the number of frames you require.
If you do not do this and then want to change the image lengths, you can be waiting a long time and may crash VPX.
Once you have the images imported with the length correctly set, export to Magix video (MXV) format at the required resolution, for use in the project where the timelapse is required - this makes for easier editing later on
Thanks we shal try, Movie Studio can only save 2:1 timelapse 1920x960 not 3840x1920
Mounting the Skypanorama pole http://svendus.se/skypanorama/ 4K Time-Lapse about mounting a 9 meter pole for high Resolution Sky Panorama, followed up with a 982 images HD THETA S Time-Lapse Play with the Projections
Thanks for the update and for the fascinating videos you linked. I confess I was unsure at first whether you were advertising a non-Magix product, something which is banned on the forum, for obvious reasons. But, having looked at the videos I want to say well done, the results are quite fascinating! I assume these were NOT done using MEP?
Just one thing: when you set up your project in MEP, ensure you select the settings as below in my screenshot. Then you should have no problem exporting your finished article.
The Panorama Viewer are Pano2Vr it can play 2:1 mp4 videos in 4K you can also upload an alternative HD video to play when the browser deteckt a Tablet or Phone phone that cannot display 4K.
We are learning the Magix software at the moment, it is diffrent from other Applications, hate to say this but the inbuild media Explorer look rather Linux to me 📺 missing Miniatures and copy paste funktion ?
I would guess by "miniatures" you mean thumbnails or icons? You need to click the icon outlined in red below and choose the option "Large icons".
The facility to copy and paste, I assume you are wanting to move items from the Media Explorer to the timeline? If you hover the cursor over the lower edge of an icon you will see three symbols; the left one "plays" the object, the right one places the object at the current end of the timeline.

Thank You John
we have 1sec in Standard picture length but when we drag the images to the timeline
we get this message
We are Working on a 8 core Intel(R) CoreCTM) ¡7-5960X CPU @ 4.40GHz 3.00 G Hz : 64,0 GB RAM
an it is not crashing often mostly we do not need to create Proxy files

Yes it is called thumbnails my bad
By copy and paste i mean copy a folder location in Windows Explorer address bar
Type: D:\My music\Free Music
now we have to search for this in the MAGIX Video Pro X media Explorer
when i want to add background music.
but it might be do my way of handling computers ?
i would like to be aple to past this address D:\My music\Free Music into the address bar
in the MAGIX Video Pro X media Explorer but it do not function !
How to "add" places/folders etc. to the Import tab listing.
First, in this first screenshot I have highlighted the icon you need to click on:
When you do this, the list will change to the Windows Explorer drive listing, as below:
Now navigate to the folder of your choice, in your case where your music is stored, right click on that folder and choose the option to "Create link for folder". Now, when you deselect the icon highlighted in my first screenshot, the folder will have been added to the list of what are, essentially, shortcuts to folders on your computer.

Edit: to add, the screenshots are taken in MEP but the procedure is exactly the same in VPX.
. . . . we have 1sec in Standard picture length but when we drag the images to the timeline we get this message . . . .
Next to the picture length setting is the units setting dropdown as shown below
If you click Yes on the message VPX adds a separate timeline in the project and imports the still images to that, it then creates a video in the original timeline, clicking no imports the images direct to the original timeline.
Note: if you use the Yes option and then decide to delete the added timeline, the video is also removed from the original timeline.
I never import time-lapse images into a current project, I always create a new project, import the time-lapse, then export to MXV format, which I then import into a project.
