Hi see my answer here about locating Soundpools on a hard drive.

Then in SMS, click on the options button under Soundpools, select Add style, navigate to the folder, and it should find your Soundpools.

If you follow what I said in the link, the Soundpools will be under Public Documents and not My Documents.
