Hi gnarly, Commercial use for making new compositions arrangements of songs and being able to sell CD's and make songs for clients, I cleared this with Magix using the Audio Pro Unlimited license and asked many questions and about the subject, I feel much better to use the Soundpools in my compositions without the fear of copyright infringement. So at the end of the day I removed all the free Soundpools that came with Samplitude and only installed the ones I purchased from Catooh so I would not have to keep track of what was for personal use and commercial use.
