Sound recorded with video does not play on timeline

When I added a video to the timeline on MSP 14.0 that I recorded with the camera on my Blackberry Passport, the sound that was recorded on the video doesn't play - only the video. I just got MSP 14, so this is the first time it has happened. Other music or audio I add separately to the timeline does play - it's only the sound from the video that is missing. I use Audacity as my sound editing software and Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 is the sound card. thanks for any help:-)
