Sound pools missing after Install of Music maker Premium 17

Wolfy317 wrote on 8/18/2011, 2:27 PM

I have just installed Music Maker Premium 17 download edition, and I then downloaded and installed all of the free  soundpools that come with it. My problem is that there are several missing. I followed the tutorial that is listed for this problem in edition16, but the folders for the missing sound pools are not in the installation location.

I am missing:

Hiphop Vol. 11

Rock Alternative vol. 2

Technotrance vol. 12

Please reconfirm by going to the Basic folder where soundpools are installed. Click "Y" when music maker is opened and click Folder Tab. Imports, Export, Project, Recording then look at the path of SOUNDPOOL Magix Music Maker 17 Premium. Go to that folder and open the Basic folder. If you can not find the missing soundpool then please contact the place from where you have purchased it.

There is a possibility you can find all soundpools in the Basic folder but they are not appearing in the Program. In that case the best way is to copy or if you like move the Basic folder somewhere else on computer then use Add style for adding them manually. Later restart pc. Are you using windows 7?

The missing sound pools are not in the basic folder. The missing soundpools are listed in the program, but are not present in the basics folder. I have already downloaded all of the free content, which doesn't list the soundpools that are missing. I purchased and downloaded the product from the magix website.

If soundpool are listed in the Program then, open MMM 17 Premium. Put cursor on any instrument and click once you should hear a sound. If by clicking you can hear a sound means that is on your computer when you will put cursor on any instrument you can see file path try to locate the folder. If you could not hear then only it is appearing in the program some how.

It is a strange problem. As you have purchased MMM 17 Premium from Magix you should contact Magix support and explain your problem.
