Sound is completely out of synch after import and then more after

First off sound is out of synch when imported but we've corrected that by moving the sound over a bit. So it sounds perfect in the edit menu, but then after exporting it and uploading to youtube sound is fine in the first 30 seconds but then is 2 seconds slow after that. Is there anyway to fix this?

How are you importing and from where?

Sync problems AFTER rendering is usually caused by compressed Video with compressed audio... e.g. Video is mpeg2 and audio is mp3. The remedy for this is to convert the sound to a uncompressed .wav file.
