Installed SFAS 12 Upgrade on 23 Dec 2017, it looks very good so far.

I have been worried about Magix taking over SF from Sony as it has been an essential tool for me for years. I really hope they continue to maintain and upgrade both SFAS and SF Pro for a long time.
