Sony Vegas Preset Manager?

Where do I download Preset Manager legally/safely. There are a bunch of tutorials on YouTube, but they all look sketch and am very concerned that it will infect my computer. If anyone has a safe/legit site for Sony Vegas Preset manager please comment.
