Software says my trial is over, but I have updates until 2022

Going into Xara Designer Pro today, it says my updates stopped on September 21st and I no longer have access to them or online services.

I updated for upgrades earlier this year and have updates until 2022.

I decided it may need to be reinstalled, but now I can't get in because the software just says my trial is over, but I have work I need to do today and am told a reply from here could take 2-4 days.

If you are not going to honour the payment I made to update, I will just have a refund on the money I paid, as I am now going to have to install alternative software to do the work I have relied on Xara to do for close to 20 years.

Hi

When you purchased the software you will have received a confirmation email with a new serial number - did you use this serial number to activate the trial version which converts it to the full version?
