GERMANY, they reported a new shipment that never arrived. After several emails and requesting a refund they either stopped responding or generated an automatic answers saying the ticket was resolved or canceled or for me to go to support. From Support my emails are not accepted.
It is unfortunate that a postage tracking number is not contemplated. I paid €161.79 (VAT not included).
How to solve this problem?
