my software has simply stopped my camera is the Maginon Sz 350 which until now has been a brilliant piece of kit but since the program has stopped being able to upload from the camera it has rendered my camera useless. the software seems to load itself ok if somewhat very slowly but just freezes completely when trying to get photos from the camera. I don't know what else to say. I use windows 10 i don't have a clue what version. cheers anyway Don.
