When I try to import a video from a VCR, the dropdown menu is only showing me "Integrated Webcam USB - DShow". For some reason the software is not picking up the VCR (connected to the laptop by the Magix video converter). Everything I've tried to rectify the issue has failed.

If I try to continue (having selected the only option (Intergated Webcam)), I click the record button and am greeted with the "The recording device does not support the current record format." warning box.

I don't know where I'm going wrong.

Currently operating Windows 11 on Erazer laptop.

Please help!
