so far the program will not accept my serial number or activation code or whatever it's called saying it has already been used, WTF? I wonder what will be next?
@Richard-Ives There are different possibilities why this can happen.
You entered the license in the past. It isn't necessary to enter it again. Just log into your user account and it should work.
You've created a new user account with a different e-mail instead of changing the e-mail of your previous user account.
You bought the license from a third party vendor and have gotten an incorrect license.
You have bought a used license which wasn't released from the previous owners user account.
