Going back years, there used to be skew handles on objects when left click the object, since the blue outline these have vanished. I used to be able to start with a square and skew it to a parallelogram, by dragging the horizontal arrow at the top edge, the handles now only allow vertical movement, when hover over the white blob, just an up/down arrow. I have looked at help files, videos, and searched but can't find the answer. The only answers I have found give a reply talking about the rotation handle, they had not read the question.

Can anyone please tell me where these controls have gone to, or what the new process is please?
