I have tried google fonts and "web safe" fonts. Result is always the same. The site looks great in Edge. Garbage in Chrome. Meaning that, in Chrome, the words run together, the wrong fonts appear, font size is erratic. Any ideas? Thanks.
Do you have any addon toolbars, plugins etc added to Chrome - one that may cause issues is the Babylon toolbar - if you have that installed try disabling it.
You are much quicker than Support. I hope you are getting paid for your time. The link is www.legaledu.net. Works fine on Edge and Pale Moon. Not on Chrome or Opera. No Babylon toolbar. Thanks.

Unfortunately not here - it is bad in places in every browser Opera, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Internet Explorer - worse in the last 2.
Looking at the HTML, the problem is that the paragraphs that are bad have every word is in it own <span>. . . </span> tag with no spacing, as you can see in the image below, this causes the browsers to display the text as you are seeing it - bunched up together and in some browsers overlapping.
The paragraphs above the indicated text are correct with a complete sentence in a <span> ...</span> tag
This suggests that the odd looking texts were pasted from another document eg Word.
If this is so, then the text formatting from Word is being copied across and causing the issues. When using text from another document it is best to copy and paste it into Notepad, this removes any formatting, then copy and paste from Notepad into Web Designer and if necessary fix up the paragraphs.
