Is it possible to transfer musica from cassetteplayer(earphone exit) to the programm audio cleaning lab via USB cable?

Yes, this should work.

You need an adapter and you should maybe use the preamp as it would work as an adapter with integrated soundcard -> just switch the the signal from phoo to line in. You would need only a cable mini jack cable to chich....
