Hi,

I am a Music Maker user but your question was very interesting, I checked the Music Maker Rock Edition 3 Information and later surfed website to get more information.

You are right on the web it says

http://www.downloadbuyer.com/Magix_-_Music_Maker_Rock_Edition_3_PLUS_%C2%A329.95_product_FREE/430/v

Practical! Display chords
Practice, play along, cover – the Harmony Agent featured in MAGIX Music Maker Rock Edition 3 makes every song the perfect template for practicing and covering.

Unique harmony detection shows chords and the matching fingering chart for the lead guitarist – ideal for practicing. It works for any CD track or MP3. The chords also serve for improvisation with bass and keyboard.

So, it seems to use this Harmony Agent

When Rock edition is open

put desired audio on arranger(work space)by following method you use then  I think right click and from the menu may be you have to choose Tempo Pitch/Harmony Agent Alt+Shift+F. This is what we do in Music Maker.

I am sure this feature is available in your software and if you read PDF help you will learn easily.

Hope this information may help you.

Thank you

Thanks nihon94.  Yes, it looks like that is the way to show the chords.

I'll keep on playing around this software.  So far it's been great.

Thanks again for taking the time to answer my question.
