Shop Vst files

Have purchase a few vst files from the music maker shop ..ie Centry Guitars,Electric bass, Lead synth just to name a couple. After upgrading pc and reinstalling windows 10 from scratch I can no longer install the vst ....all sound pools load correct but when clicking on the purchased vsts it comes up with the download process bar and runs to 100% then I click on install and all I get is the progress bar run to 10% and a message pops up " Installation Failed". I have done the Clean up store as requested by Music maker but still the same .......Anybody have any ideas

I tried installing music maker on my laptop and it works great but has the same problem so its not machine related.

@Scott-Griffiths You can try to manually install the Vita Instruments. Visit Producerplanet.com and login with your e-mail address and password. Look under My Products for your instruments. Download the installer and then run it. Does this work?

Awesone looks like this has worked
