Serial number won't activate error 14

The code I am applying is the code that you emailed me after I downloaded the programme yet it states it is invalid and has Error 14. Please advise. Removed by Moderator

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff.

Since this is a public forum you should never post here any personal confidential data, like your serial number. To do so is to risk your software being pirated. Hence I have edited your post to remove it.

Error code 14 means that you are attempting to enter a correct code but for the wrong product! Please check the detail of this Magix Support article.
