Serial number registered to another email

Hi, I bought a copy of Rescue your video tapes (PC) and when I have entered the serial number it says that it is registered to another address. The box was sealed. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

@James-Nicholas You need to contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net. They need to give you another serial number
