Serial Number MAGIX - Movies on DVD7

I ended up in a very frustrating situation. My PC crashed and had to download all programs again. MAGIX downloaded, requested my Serial Number.... Oeps I do not have the packing box any longer. Going to MAGIX customer support.... is more frustrating asd they asked me to register but then it appear I can not either as also I need a serial number to enter. Several windows further with more passwords and new pages I ended up in this Forum.   Any help please!!!!! will be highly appreciated

Hi

If you registered the software before the computer crashed then you should go to www.magix.com

Click My Account top right of the web page using the account you set up.

Then click My Products and you should see the products you have registered and the serial numbers.

If you did not register the software then you need to contact Customer Services/Sales at Magix.

Thanks John for fast reply, here is just the frustrating part, when you click on customer service you have the option to "Activate" asking your serial number or "Contact Us" and then a message appears telling me that I have to register first my product. To do that I need a Serial Number. HOW can I contact MAGIX??? I am not getting anywhere on directing me to a Serial Number I do not have.

Yes I logged in , but as I did not register my product previously, MAGIX can not provide me any info as I do not exist in their system and it seems MAGIX has no customer service unless you are registered. To register my product I need a Serial number, so I am just going in circles. With other products the customer service is a service even you are not a customer, with MAGIX I am not getting to any direct contact. 

Is all hope gone now?????
