Serial Number is Invalid

I am getting error code: 14. I have downloaded the program and installed onto another laptop, and am trying to transfer webmaster duties from one person to another. How can I make this work correctly? My purchase says that I can have this software on 2 devices as part of my license. Contacting Xara support seems to be less than easy.........

As long as the 2 devices belong to you.

The license allows you to install copies onto multiple computers - so long as you are the only user. For example, you could install it on both your desktop and laptop computers.
