Have anyone found a solution or heard from the magix support team?

@AJ-Co

Hi,

Did you actually purchase the program? Or did you forget to uncheck the option when you purchased something else?

There is no Magix program that I am aware of that actually includes a paid-for PC Check & Tuning. Magix puts it on the install screen of other programs, like Music Maker, with a 30 day free trial. It would be helpful if people would actually look at the install screens when installing other programs and read what is there.

I suspect that no one who posted here actually purchased it. I had it installed once inadvertently and removed it.

Unless you actually, specifically purchased PC Check & Tuning, you have a time-limited version that will expire and then will ask you to buy it.

Hi I just purchased this and and when I installed this there was no UNCHECK for this I bought a bundle of items that gave me this and the pc check was NOT in it. when I went to install Vegas pro 16 it installed music maker and then this pc check and something else. when i uninstalled it, it screwed up my system after i restarted my roccat headset and my avast quit working had to reinstall both... i am guessing that thing dug in deep.
