@kai-v

Welcome to the Magix forums.

The first thing you should do is to immediately contact the seller.

Assuming it was a shop or dealer, you need to explain the situation to them and ask, firmly but politely, that they supply you with another copy which has a serial number which has not been previously used. If you are able to include a screenshot showing the message that the serial number is already registered to a different email address, this will clearly help your case.

If you bought the product second-hand, i.e. it was not sold you as being "new" you still need to contact the seller, whoever that may be, and point out that you cannot activate the product because the serial number has already been used. If the seller is the person who previously registered the app he/she needs to contact Magix and ask for the serial number to be removed from his/her account.

If, as you suspect, someone has deliberately registered the product and then returned it to the shop, this is clearly fraud and you should email sales@magix.net and point this out to them. I would be surprised if this was the situation, however, since RYVT requires the use of the physical USB interface; the software can be copied but the interface cannot.

Please let us know how you get on in trying to resolve this.
