I purchased this product Xara 3D Maker Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2022, California time. I downloaded the latest version that is on your website. I have not gotten my serial code activation code to activate the product. The email has not been sent to me with said activation code and it was not included in the invoice either. To make matters worst I could not log into the site under the email address I used when I purchased the product. This is very frustrating to me and makes me think that I was ripped off.
