i downloaded magix music maker 17 (174mb), after downloading and installing it requested for the serial number and said that if i downloaded it i can get it in my emails but i have not recieved any serial number... ive waited a week for it but still nothing came. please help me!

In your both messages you did not say you purchased download version. Did you purchase?
In case of trial there isn't any serial number.
Or if you have purchased then the steps are:
You will make payment
You will get confirmation email with download link and serial number. I wonder from where did you get download link?
If you have pruchased and don't have serial number then you must contact Magix Support if you purchased from Magix. You should provide them your payment details with date(not here).
