Hi,

It's most likely your anti-virus/security software conflicting with the copy-protection authentication process that starts up when you run the program for the very first time upon installation. There are a couple of security products that will cause this conflict (actually a few bigger names). You might want to try a different security package or at least try reconfiguring or temporarily disabling the security software when starting the Magix program for the first time to bypass this conflict. Disconnect from the Internet while you're doing this to be on the safe side.
